We cannot thank Maria and everyone involved in the preparation of our wedding enough. It was the most perfect day made possible by the hard work and all the effort they put in. The room was beautifully decorated, and every detail we requested was catered for and more. We honestly cannot thank everyone enough for the effort they made.
Absolutely brilliant all round!
Having briefly considered a couple of other wedding venue options we discovered the Town Hall. When we called in to enquire further Maria and the team were very welcoming and helpful. We were immediately impressed by the (smaller) ceremony room - light and airy, but with a sense of dignity, history and "stateliness" - so much nicer than your typical Register Office or two-tone-grey hotel function room. And having lived in St Annes all our lives the Town Hall just seemed to have a certain significance.
It ticked the practicality box for us too. We had thirty guests, most of whom also live locally, which made taxi or public transport a viable option. A couple of our guests have mobility issues, which meant that on-site or nearby parking was essential. Our afternoon reception meal was held at the Clifton Park Hotel (another great choice), only a few minutes' walk around the corner, so no onward transport issues or "lost" guests.
On the day our ceremony ran like clockwork, with Maria overseeing things most reassuringly. The room was set up beautifully. We had opted to have drinks in the main Council chamber after the ceremony. That was another good decision as it gave both ourselves and our guests the opportunity to relax and mingle before decanting over to the hotel for the reception proper. Again, the Town Hall team were great, serving the drinks and generally looking after our guests.
We can't recommend this venue highly enough.

We had a fantastic wedding here, cant recommend it enough.
The venue is fantastic, the room was dressed beautifully and Maria and Shannon did an amazing job from the initial meeting right through to the end of the ceremony.
Considering the COVID situation they kept up informed all the time and nothing was ever any trouble. Why go anywhere else to get married.
What a wonderful day we had, so many happy memories.
